a safe space for young people to heal and grow

child, adolescent, and adult psychotherapist in East London

Being a young person today comes with unique challenges. I provide a safe and supportive space for children, adolescents, and young adults to explore their feelings, build resilience, and develop healthy ways of coping.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches, combining talking therapy with creative techniques and mindfulness. Creativity can help us access thoughts and feelings that words alone can’t express. Taking a moment to breathe and reconnect with our bodies in moments of distress can help us learn to regulate our emotions.

I was inspired to train as a Child and Adolescent therapist after my own experience of having therapy as a teenager and young adult. I know firsthand that having support through this challenging time can be life changing. My aim is to equip teenagers and young adults with the skills and self-belief to help them thrive both now and in the future.

I am experienced in working with children and adults of all ages. However, I have a specific interest and expertise in working with adolescents (aged 11+) and young adults (up to 25). I welcome referrals for children, adolescents, and young adults of any age. I also work with parents requiring a reflective space.

I currently practice in Shoreditch and Dalston.
